باختصار: تُقدَّم الخدمات شخصياً في Rise SPA Old City في التاريخ والوقت المحجوزين — لا يوجد شحن مادي. يمكن الإلغاء أو التعديل مجاناً حتى ساعتين قبل الموعد عبر واتساب. عند الإلغاء في الوقت المحدد يُرد المبلغ المدفوع إلكترونياً إلى البطاقة خلال 14 يوماً. النص الكامل أدناه بالإنجليزية.
1. Service Delivery
Services purchased through Rise SPA (massage, hammam, sauna, steam room, pool sessions and packages) involve no physical shipment. They are performed in person at Rise SPA Old City (Balabanağa Mah. Vidinli Tevfikpaşa Cd. No:14, 34134 Fatih/Istanbul) on the date and time stated in your reservation.
A confirmation with a tracking code is sent via WhatsApp or e-mail to the contact details provided at booking; this code is the proof of your reservation.
2. Cancellation & Changes
- You may cancel or reschedule free of charge via WhatsApp (+90 530 869 23 37) up to 2 hours before your appointment time.
- For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or in case of a no-show, the fee may not be refunded.
- If we are unable to provide the service for reasons attributable to the facility, the full amount is refunded — or, if you prefer, your reservation is moved to a new date free of charge.
3. Refunds
- Online payments are refunded to the original card through the iyzico payment infrastructure.
- Refunds are submitted to the bank within 14 days of a valid cancellation; depending on your bank, it may take 7–14 business days to appear on your statement.
- Services paid at the facility are refunded at the facility via the same payment method.
