These terms govern reservations made through the risespa.com.tr website and our communication channels (including WhatsApp), as well as the use of our Old City facility operated by Rise SPA ("we"). By making a reservation or visiting our facility you are deemed to accept these terms.

Reservations, cancellation and changes

• Reservations are made via our website or WhatsApp (+90 530 869 23 37) and become final once confirmed by us.
• You may cancel or change your reservation free of charge via WhatsApp up to 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
• In case of no-shows or cancellations within the final 2 hours, we reserve the right to request pre-confirmation for future reservations.

Payment

You can pay in two ways: (1) full online payment via the website or WhatsApp through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure, or (2) if you choose to pay on arrival, a deposit of 25% of the service fee per guest is collected online to secure your slot, with the balance paid at the facility. Cash and credit cards are also accepted on site. Your card details are processed by iyzico and are never seen or stored by us.

Guests under 18

Guests under the age of 18 are admitted only when accompanied by an adult. Certain services may be subject to age restrictions; please let us know when booking.

Valuables

Lockers are provided for personal belongings; however, responsibility for money, jewellery and other valuables brought into the facility rests with the guest. We recommend not bringing valuables to the facility.

Hygiene and facility rules

• Showering before entering the pool and hammam areas is mandatory.
• Please use the towels, peshtemals and slippers provided inside the facility.
• Please inform our staff of any contagious condition, open wound or health risk; the service may be postponed where necessary.
• For the comfort of all guests we kindly ask that a quiet atmosphere be maintained; photography and video in shared areas may be restricted out of respect for other guests' privacy.
