1. Parties

BUYER: the natural person whose details appear on the reservation form and who places a reservation/purchase through the Seller's website or online channels.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and performance of the spa and wellness services (massage, hammam, sauna, steam room, pool sessions and packages) whose characteristics and price are stated on the website at the time of booking.

3. Services & Price

• The service type, duration and the sales price including all taxes are as published on the website at the moment of booking and cannot be changed to the Buyer's detriment after confirmation.
• Services are performed in person at the place of service on the booked date and time; no physical delivery takes place.

4. Payment

Online payments are collected by credit or debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. Payment may alternatively be made at the facility on the day of service.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation

• Under Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services booked for a specific date.
• Nevertheless, the Seller grants free cancellation or rescheduling via WhatsApp up to 2 hours before the appointment; amounts already collected are submitted for refund to the original card within 14 days.
• For later cancellations or no-shows the fee may not be refunded. If the Seller cannot perform the service, the full amount is refunded or the reservation is rescheduled free of charge, at the Buyer's choice.

6. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits announced annually) and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of purchase or residence in Türkiye are competent for disputes arising from this agreement.

7. Entry into Force

By completing a reservation on the website the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement; it enters into force when the reservation confirmation is delivered to the Buyer.
