The ritual begins as your body warms up on the heated marble stone, followed by a traditional kese scrub and a generous foam wash. If it's your first visit, our team guides you through every step — all you need to do is relax. Arriving 10-15 minutes early lets you start the experience unhurried.

You don't need to bring anything: towels, a peştemal (traditional wrap) and slippers are provided. If you plan to use the pool, bring your swimsuit; a swim cap is required in the pool and is available at reception (€5 for tourist guests, ₺250 for local guests) — you're welcome to bring your own.

Our facility is mixed; female and male guests are welcomed together. Privacy is essential to us: a peştemal is worn throughout the ritual, and private areas are available for changing and resting. Female guests can share their therapist preference when booking; we do our best to accommodate it based on availability.

The fastest way is WhatsApp: just message us at +90 530 869 23 37, or use the booking form on our website. We're open every day from 10:00 to 23:00. Same-day slots are often available, but we recommend booking 1-2 days ahead, especially for weekends.

For online reservations, 25% of the total is taken as a deposit; the balance is paid at the spa. You can reschedule free of charge by contacting us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment time. For cancellation requests, just message us on the same channel — our team will work out the best solution with you.

We welcome guests of every scale — from couples to groups of friends and private celebrations. For group reservations, just message us on WhatsApp with your group size and preferred time, and our team will handle the planning. For larger groups, we recommend letting us know a few days in advance.

We're in the heart of the Old City at Vezneciler, a few minutes from Sultanahmet. Vezneciler station on the M2 metro line is within walking distance; if you come by T1 tram, get off at the Beyazıt-Kapalıçarşı (Grand Bazaar) stop. Street parking is limited, so if you drive we recommend the paid car parks nearby.

If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, blood pressure issues or another chronic condition, we recommend consulting your doctor before your visit. Please share your condition with our team when booking and with your therapist at the start of the session; we can adapt heat and pressure accordingly or suggest a more suitable alternative.

Access to the pool, sauna and steam room depends on the package or service you choose; some packages include everything, while individual treatments cover only the relevant section. You can pay in cash (₺ and €) or with all major credit and debit cards. For online reservations, the deposit is taken through a secure payment page; you can also pay via the online payment link we send over WhatsApp.
